Expanding financial aid to ensure no athlete is left behind due to cost. Annual tuition, uniforms, and tournament fees total to ~$10,000 per athlete. Your support ensures every child has the chance to learn, compete, and grow regardless of financial situation.

Current Support goes towards field rentals, maintenance projects at La Casa and Arizona ballfields, and access to training facilities to give our players a safe and maintained environment. A major struggle for youth baseball in Arizona right now is access to consistent, well-conditioned fields. Our 5-year goal is to build a multi-field stadium with an indoor hitting and infield complex with 24/7 member access — a true hub where young athletes of Greater Phoenix Arizona can train, build their self-esteem, study the game, and grow up with others driven around them.

Provide protective gear, field netting, first-aid supplies, and safety upgrades that keep our players and coaches healthy and protected on the field.

Developing structured mentorship programs where former athletes and professionals give back by coaching, mentoring, and leading youth initiatives.

Local Arizona partnerships help provide gift cards, post-practice team dinners, and family give-back nights. These contributions build community, ease the burden on families, and create shared experiences that go beyond the field.

Increasing opportunities for athletes to compete at regional and national levels, including Week Long World Series experiences like the 12-year old Cooperstown, New York Youth Baseball Boarding Experience. ~$3,000 per participant | $22,000-$26,000 per team for the week.

Local Tournaments: ~$750-$1,250 per team, each weekend.

Our coaches dedicate their time and energy to guiding players, but travel expenses add up quickly. In the Spring 2025 season alone, 8 travel tournaments with 2–3 coaches per trip cost over $25,000. Supporting coaching travel ensures our athletes are guided, mentored, and cared for on the road without placing the financial burden on families or coaches.
