We asked the current parents of athletes in our program,

“What aspects of the program do you value the most?”

  • "The positivity and development in both practice and during games. We have a child at another program and have seen negativity with coaches that cause high FEAR OF FAILURE during Sunday tournament games. It only causes them to go up in flames; Arizona Elite fosters and nourishes positive self talk and self trust"

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "The coaching and how coaches treated the players as ballplayers and young adults"

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "Love the community and family involvement."

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "The development and growth"

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "Coaching. The expertise and skill the coaches possess, and how they treat the players and parents, is exceptional. The staff and program has class. Whether it's baseball skills or life skills our son has grown tremendously in his time at AEBA."

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "Coaching, standards, development, integrity"

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "The attention to detail, well thought out developmental progression and the thorough and broad teaching of skills are absolutely second to none at these age levels."

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "How the game was taught, from the basics of a clean dugout to granular techniques of the game. All while focusing and keeping the kids attention. Teaching them to respect there team /coaches / umpires and opponents."

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "Development of players, phenomenal coaching, family environment with no chaos on the side."

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "Respect, responsibility, accountability, and development were taught every single practice and game."

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "The demeanor of coaching. Strict and structured but full of grace and truth. Coach zj is hands down best coach out there currently."

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "Coaching is above and beyond the best around. Elimination of daddy ball is worth paid coaching. Quality practices with intentional drills to get better. Fast paced practices. Required engagement and effort and expectations."

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "Family involvement"

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "Coaching, Baseball IQ development"

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "Great coaching, and standard of excellence. Love the camaraderie between the different age groups"

    -Parent of the AEBA

  • "The instruction and coaching style along with the context provided during instruction."

    -Parent of the AEBA

When we asked current families, “Would they recommend this program to others?”

  • "Yes. Organized and well coached."

  • "Absolutely. The professionalism and instruction is second to none."

  • "Of course, the detailed coaching is second to none"

  • "Yes. Best youth coaching in the state/region."

  • "We have and will continue to express that we believe we have found the best youth baseball organization in state if not broader."

  • "Of course. In any sport for kids coaching is everything. Coaching here is unmatched. Period."

  • "Absolutely and we have. The feedback we here is that they don’t want to pay or drive, yet the families we know are literally doing private lessons on top of their weekly practices so are spending the same amount of money."

  • "Absolutely! There’s a great sense of pride being apart of the AEBA family."

  • "Yes best development program in the state hands down."

  • "Absolutely! This program not only does an amazing job of developing baseball players but it does an equally impressive job of building strong, productive young men."

  • "Yes! And we have! The only drawback to recommending it is not everyone is necessarily cut out for this program."

  • "Most definitely. This is a great program with great families."

  • "Absolutely! As previously mentioned, the positivity and development is a very big aspect that affirms our belief in the program. Second, having knowledgeable and bipartisan coaches that know the game of baseball first hand. Third, the organizations emphasis on clear communication is SO helpful. We’ve experienced having to chase after coaches for details because they’re busy and it’s very exhausting. NOT how Arizona elite functions"

  • "Amazing. Truly amazing. 10-10"

  • “Our child loves his team, his teammates, his coaches and this academy. This season had its challenges but there is absolutely no place our family would rather be.”

  • "I will be the first to admit I was very against coming to AZ Elite based on cost and location alone, but I will 100% promote and encourage anyone who is serious about the game to come to this program. Hands down, best youth development program in the area. Coaches have the full attention of all players at any given time, but also do it in a manner that is serious and fun at the same time. I have seen tremendous improvement in both skill and confidence for all of the boys on the 9’s team. I appreciate that the coaches know the strengths and weaknesses of a player and how to push them to challenge where they are at. I also appreciate that I never hear what is said after a practice or a game from a coach and is kept between the coaches and players. I have observed ZJ, Dennis, and Taylor approach umpires quietly and not make an unprofessional scene in front of parents or players. Keep doing what you are doing, because your hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you!"
