Back-to-Back Champs: 9U Elite Wins 2025 SlumpBuster World Series
Two years. Two trophies. One standard.
Our 9U ELITE boys have done it again — completing the repeat as 2025 Omaha SlumpBuster World Series Champions and cementing their place in AEBA history.
This wasn’t just a weekend of baseball — it was a full-circle experience. The boys got the rare opportunity to attend the Men’s College World Series opening weekend, a tradition in our program like no other. They watched future big leaguers compete on the biggest stage in college baseball — then stepped onto the field themselves and handled business like champions.
Chasing Dreams. Competing at the Highest Level.
At Arizona Elite, we’re more than just wins and trophies. We’re a program that curates dreams, develops talent, and runs toward competition — and our 9U boys fully embodied that mission in Omaha.
They went a perfect 4-0 on the weekend, sweeping the World Series field and finishing as the last team standing for the second year in a row.
Young & Mighty: Titus Richter Leads the Way
At just 7 years old, Titus Richter proved why age is just a number. Titus went an incredible 7-for-10 (.700) at the plate across all four games, played flawless defense, and even threw an inning on the mound, allowing just one hit and no runs over four batters faced. Mighty in stature and heart, Titus delivered when it mattered most.
Behind the Plate & On the Mound
Our catchers — Colton, Dominic, and Tate — each logged meaningful innings behind the dish, setting the tone with hustle, communication, and defensive presence. They combined to throw out 15% of attempted base stealers, showing high-level fundamentals at a young age.
On the bump, Jaxon Rubio and Brock Boston dominated. Over four games, the duo faced 40 batters, allowing just 9 hits and 5 total runs (3 earned), while issuing only 3 walks.
Lorenzo Garcia came in clutch as well, delivering 3 shutout innings in relief and recording 5 strikeouts while allowing zero earned runs.
In total, AEBA’s 9U pitching staff issued just 10 free passes over four games — a testament to their discipline and poise under pressure.
Season Summary: Built for This
The 2024–2025 campaign was nothing short of remarkable. The 9U Elite boys finished the year with a 57-16-4 record, proving they were built to sustain excellence over the long haul.
They ended their season just as they dreamed: dog-piling in Omaha with a trophy in hand, surrounded by their teammates, coaches, and families who made it all possible.
And to cap it off — the weekend saw first-ever over-the-fence home runs for several AEBA athletes, including Brock, Jaxon, and Dom — the first of many for these rising stars.
This is What Elite Looks Like
Back-to-back championships don’t happen by chance. They happen because of commitment, teamwork, and a willingness to be pushed — to work harder, think deeper, and compete with heart every time you put on the jersey.
To our 9U boys — thank you for representing AEBA with pride. You are a reflection of what we stand for.
We Develop. We Compete. Be Elite.
