At Arizona Elite Baseball Academy, we are committed to developing the complete, competitive young athlete on and off the field by building advanced baseball skills, strong character standards, genuine friendships, and an enduring passion for team sports and structure through the game of baseball.
our story
When we founded Arizona Elite Baseball Academy, we wanted to create something different for the younger ballplayer, a program built on development, not player collection. Too many youth baseball organizations focus on stacking rosters or chasing short-term wins. AEBA was built to transform players through a comprehensive program revolved around teaching the game of baseball to the younger athlete at a high-level with consistent practice and a consistent, competitive baseball learning environment.
From the beginning, our ELITE Youth Program has been about growth, commitment, camaraderie, and culture. Every player earns their spot in practice, learns the game the right way, and trains within a consistent developmental system year after year. There are no “guest players” in our ELITE youth program. Every athlete is part of the family, trusted, developed, and valued for who they are becoming, not just how they perform over one-weekend.
As of 2026, our mission has expanded — it does not change. As our reputation grew, families from across the country and even abroad wanted to experience AEBA’s developmental approach. That’s why we launched AEBA Select — a branch designed to give players outside Arizona the chance to compete in AEBA-hosted tournaments and events throughout the year.
While the Elite Program is homegrown and developmental, the Select Program is invitational and collaborative — it shares our same principles of character, competition, and growth, while opening doors for our players to build new relationships with other athletes who share the same drive and want to experience AEBA’s “ELITE” standard firsthand.

At Arizona Elite Baseball Academy, we hold our coaching staff to the highest standard—because we know the strength of a program starts with the people who lead it.
Our coaches are hand-selected by Director ZJ Buster through a rigorous screening and interview process, including background checks and evaluations of coaching experience, teaching style, and player-first mentality.
We believe in more than just baseball knowledge. Our Staff is made up of leaders who love teaching the game, who lead by example, and who are committed to building confidence, discipline, and consistency in every athlete they work with.
From skill development to personal growth, our coaches play a crucial role in shaping well-rounded young athletes—on the field and beyond.
Training Facilities
Based in Scottsdale, the Arizona Elite Baseball Academy is very much dedicated to making a difference for our younger athletes and their families by providing them with the top resources, instruction, facilities, and community partners in Arizona. Our facility partners, including AZ Play Ball, Arizona high schools, Redline Athletics and DBAT-Scottsdale continue to make a positive impact leading to a memorable and rewarding childhood experience for each of our young athletes.
