Effort & Attitude
Overall Skill Set
We are looking for players who not only love the game, but are ready to:
Be challenged
Be developed
Compete at a higher level
Players must bring their own equipment (glove, bat, cleats, etc.)
Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in
Parents are welcome to stay and observe
At AEBA, we are intentional about who we bring into our program.
We are not just building teams. We are building up players, competitors, and young men.
If your athlete is serious about development and ready to be part of something bigger, we encourage you to come out and be seen.
For the 2026–2027 season, AEBA will offer:
ELITE Development Teams (10U–14U)
Our programs are built around:
Structured weekly team practices
Position-specific development
Game competition (league + tournament play)
Character development through the game
All athletes are coached directly by AEBA’s coaching staff and trainers.
