At AEBA, we are intentional about who we bring into our program.
We are not just building teams. We are building up players, competitors, and young men.

If your athlete is serious about development and ready to be part of something bigger, we encourage you to come out and be seen.

For the 2026–2027 season, AEBA will offer:

  • ELITE Development Teams (10U–14U)

Our programs are built around:

  • Structured weekly team practices

  • Position-specific development

  • Game competition (league + tournament play)

  • Character development through the game

All athletes are coached directly by AEBA’s coaching staff and trainers.

Tom Walter, Head Coach - Wake Forest University

“In this new era of transactional baseball programs, there are very few organizations that place the priority on developing the whole ballplayer. Arizona Elite Baseball sets the bar in this space….AEBA puts the emphasis on development and on practice. AEBA can help you lay the foundation for success that will pave the way to you becoming the best version of yourself. Make a transformational decision and choose AEBA.”

Willy Adames - San Francisco Giants

“I can confidently say the Arizona Elite Baseball Academy is doing all the right things to instill in their young players what it takes to be great humans, great clubhouse players, and great athletes. I was immediately impressed by how well-organized and professional their practices are. The drills flow smoothly, and the coaching staff maintains high standards while keeping things fun for the players.”

Paul Mainieri, former Head Coach - Louisiana State University

“I have no doubt that ZJ will continue to be successful in his post-LSU days... I also have no doubt he will help others obtain success because he cares about people and will be willing to be there for others in need. He is a fine person and we will miss him very much at LSU.”

“Joining the Arizona Elite Baseball Academy is not just a decision to play baseball—it's a commitment to personal growth, camaraderie, and becoming the best version of oneself. I am very excited about the possibility to be a part of your child's journey in this game. “
